Indo13 — Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the indo13 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms

- All activity that occurs within your account is your own responsibility, unless proven otherwise.
- Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the indo13 platform for lawful purposes only and in accordance with all applicable rules. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without notice:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised technology to access or manipulate the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or unlawful activity through the platform.
- Sharing, transferring, or selling your account to another party.
- Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using a false identity or another party's information without consent to register or carry out transactions.
- Disrupting, hacking, or attempting to breach the security systems of the indo13 platform.
Indo13 reserves the right to take legal action against any party who violates these terms, including reporting them to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the indo13 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The following terms govern deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions:
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change without notice. All deposits are processed via approved payment methods, including FPX and local e-wallets. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the stipulated timeframe.
Withdrawal requests will be processed once identity verification is complete. Processing times vary depending on the payment method and may take 1–5 business days. Indo13 reserves the right to delay withdrawals subject to regulatory compliance requirements.
Any bonuses or promotions offered by indo13 are subject to specific terms that will be stated separately. Misuse of promotions will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.
All financial transactions are protected by SSL encryption technology. Indo13 does not store payment card information directly. Any suspicious transactions will be investigated, and the relevant account may be suspended while verification is carried out.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Account Suspension & Closure
Indo13 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, a breach of terms, or unlawful activity. Where a suspension is confirmed to have resulted from a user violation, the account balance may be forfeited in full. Users whose accounts have been closed for legitimate reasons may submit an appeal through customer support within 30 days of the closure date.
Intellectual Property
All content on the indo13 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and multimedia materials — is the exclusive property of indo13 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, republish, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without written consent from indo13. Any infringement of intellectual property rights will be acted upon under applicable law.

These terms are governed by applicable law, and any disputes arising will be resolved through the designated channels under the relevant jurisdiction.
